It was strangely satisfying writing a song that was angry with myself instead of the world around me. It also taught me more about the problem, as song writing so often does for me.

My heart is thoroughly twisted thinking of the things that I should have said
And for the words that did escape my mouth there'll be a hefty price upon my head
